Program rules
Clear where it matters.
All registered accounts receive instant access to digital wallpapers, monthly spotlights, and promotional deal drops.
Confirmed eligible tube merchandise only. Accessories and replacement parts do not add to qualifying annual spend.
Your unlocked Collector rate applies to both tubes and accessories across the entire catalog.
Your new tier activates after qualifying tube orders are confirmed. For new members, each 12-month status cycle begins on the account creation date and renews on that anniversary. Existing members begin a fresh 12-month cycle when the updated program takes effect.
Each unlocked status includes the ROOR perk kit shown for that tier. In-stock items such as ashtrays are subject to availability. Connoisseur Collectors receive one free ashcatcher matched to any piece, once per 12-month term.
